COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Unitrol Electronics 9180TM-800E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vegabar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ushio parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Velmex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vegabar such as the BR52XXGG3AHKMXM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 930921 manufactured by Ushio and we are pleased to be able to service most Ushio systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MB25 by Manufacturer Velmex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vaisala Brand HMT363A12BCE1A4BB1A1A4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Usem such as U5P3DCR equipment made by Usem have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Usem products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Usem" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PULS44 made by Vega as well as the popular 5020A300A original spares produced by Uson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 60SAFR0901706ANV by Vacon and U5P3DCR spares by Usem are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NXP00165A2H2SSSA1AF000000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vagon. |
